Once a digital file has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned. As such:
- We do not accept refund requests for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Compatibility issues
- Accidental purchase
- Lack of software knowledge

“We do not accept returns or offer refunds for digital products due to their nature. The return window is formally set to 1 day to meet platform requirements(Google Merchant Center), but no returns will be processed on any digital or physical products. Return is only accepted in rare cases of physical products such as incorrect item is received and the customer had to sent a proper invoice of that product with images of the product if the refund is approved by the company then only the customer will received the refund and time period for claiming refund is 24 hrs after getting the product.
